Lead and Coordinate the Guest Chef Night Volunteer Team
- Check in Community volunteer group, distribute supplies
- Give community group orientation
- Assign servers to service leads
- Act as a resource for volunteers throughout the evening to answer questions or give breaks
- Refresh the PDR before meal break
- Communicate with Hot Expo around volunteer meals
- Thank the community volunteer group for their time, wish them well, gather supplies.
- Ensure the PDR is clean and free of food and dishes.
