OVERVIEW
FareStart invites local chefs to work with our students to prepare a 3-course meal for our guests. All
proceeds and donations from Guest Chef Night go back into our program and fund student services
and training. Volunteers fulfill a variety of service roles for the evening.
DUTIES
• With direction from Host, show guests to their assigned table.
• Pull out chairs for anyone needing extra assistance.
• Hand off any special reservation notes to Section Captain.
TIME COMMITMENT & LOCATION
• Thursday 4:00pm-10:00pm
• 700 Virginia St. Seattle WA 98101
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 21 + years of age
• Must agree to adhere to volunteer expectations (provided on volunteer portal)
• Attire: Sturdy, closed toed, non-slip shoes, no exposed underarms or midriffs, skirts or
shorts no shorter than 6 inches above the knee.
