About the Event
The Amazon Volunteer Fair brings together 15+ local nonprofit partners under one roof to connect directly with Amazon employees eager to contribute their time and skills to the community. Our goal is to have 500 Amazonians attend to learn about your organization's mission, explore volunteer opportunities, and sign up for GMV activities in May. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your work, share specific volunteer needs, and build lasting partnerships with Amazon employees who are passionate about giving back.
Event Details
- Date: Thursday, April 30, 2026
- Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. PT (you’re welcome to arrive anytime after 8:30 a.m. to setup)
- Building: SEA41 Day 1 (office building located on the same block as The Spheres)
- Building Address: 2121 7th Ave, Seattle WA, 98121
- Parking: We are unable to offer parking in our building’s parking garage. Thank you for your understanding. Nearby parking options include Impark Bell St Lot, Impark Denny Garage, or Nitro North Garage (please allow extra time for parking and checking in at our office)

Event Timeline
- 8:30am | Setup begins (you’re welcome to arrive to setup anytime after 8:30am)
- 9:45am | All booths are setup and ready to go for early guest arrival
- 10:00am | Event begins
- 2:00pm | Event ends, nonprofits load out
- 3:00pm | All nonprofits out
Arrival Details
- Check in at Amazon's reception desk on floor 2
- Let them know you are here for the HQ1 Volunteer Fair hosted by Zoe Funai (funaiz@amazon.com)
- Present your government-issued photo ID
- Reception will take your photo and give you a red visitor badge.
- Please visibly wear your visitor badge at all times while on-site
- Per Amazon security policy, an Amazon employee must escort you at all times while on-site
- After check-in, text Zoe at 206-512-6725 and security or one of our volunteer ambassadors (wearing orange) will meet you and escort you to the floor 16 event space
Booth Setup & Event Details
- When you arrive to the floor 16 event space, please pick a table and setup your booth
- Tables are not preassigned and are available on a first-come, first-served basis
- Please bring any materials you'd like to display or hand out (flyers, signage, sign-up sheets, table cloths, swag, etc.)
- Each partner will receive one 5-foot table and two chairs
- Wi-Fi network is called Guest and doesn’t require a password
- At the event, we will have staff available onsite to help employees signup internally for the volunteer activities that you are all standing up for GMV May. Anyone who signs up for an event while at the fair will receive an orange Amazon volunteer shirt
Departure Details
- After the event ends and you are all packed up and ready to leave, please ask a security guard or one of our volunteer ambassadors (wearing orange) to escort you back to reception.
- Please note that building access requires badge entry at all exit points, so you will need an escort to leave the building.
- Return your visitor badge to reception before leaving
