Arrive at 3:30pm – support with final signage and any last-minute needs
4:00pm-6:00—get Greeter team (10 volunteers) stationed at posts using provided maps and provide support to team as guests arrive.
6:15pm—work with staff to shoo guests into the ballroom
7:00pm—set up guest gift hand out-croutons—pull extra registration volunteers who can stay to assist
7:45-9pm—general support of live auction, fill in as needed
9pm—hand out croutons to guests with other live auction volunteers (spotters, ambassadors) or support wine auction check out (whichever needs additional support)
